How do we start?
Most engagements begin with a short scoping call, then a paid two-week diagnostic or a one-page fixed-price proposal. You see the plan and the cost before you commit to the work.
What does it cost?
Each engagement above lists a starting price: a fractional retainer from $6,000 a month, a design-and-build project $15,000-$60,000 by scope, advisory from $400 an hour. A fixed quote follows a scoping call.
What if it turns out not to be a fit?
Then I say so — early, and before it costs you money. The 'what this is not for' list above exists for the same reason.
